July 25: Neighborhood Happy Hour

Hot summer nights call for a cool, crisp glass of craft [hard] cider, proudly made on-site at Hale & True Cider Co. Join us on July 25th from 6–8:00 pm for draft cider, local beer, wine, spirits, small plates, and good times with fellow neighbors!

The creators of Hale & True would like to share their passion with you! All ciders available on draft in the taproom are made with 100% locally grown Pennsylvania apples, with added ingredients like hops or fresh fruit juice to create a sessionable, balanced but complex drink.

And MORE good news to share: Nomad Pizza and The Good King Tavern will also be participating in the festivities, offering extended Happy Hour specials from 6–8!

May 23: Neighborhood Social & Open House at Jed Williams Gallery

Wednesday, May 23 at 6 PM – 8 PM
Neighborhood Social & Open House at Jed Williams Gallery
Jed Williams Gallery
615 Bainbridge St, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19147

What could be better than art and wine?

Mingle with neighbors at a special neighborhood social and open house at the Jed Williams Gallery, 615 Bainbridge. Specializing in contemporary fine art abstract painting/mixed media art, you’ll have one last chance to catch the current exhibition “Tilting at Windmills”.

Culling ideas from sources including medieval manuscripts, the mannerist paintings of El Greco, and Miguel de Cervantes “Don Quixote”, Rodriguez juxtaposes the deluded hero seeking adventure and waging war with imaginary enemies against contemporary issues and the nature of reality.
