Join BVNA for a special meeting about the Longtime Owner Occupant Program (LOOP) with Councilman Squilla.

When: January 8, 7 pm
Where: Palumbo Rec Center, 10th and Fitzwater

Have you owned and lived in your home for at least 10 years?  

Take advantage of the benefits of being a longtime homeowner !

Important Dates:

  • Application must be received by February 17th 2014
    (yes, it’s been extended)
  • Pay the reduced amount by March 31, 2014  (or, February 28, 2014 for an additional 1% discount)
  • If your application is not approved, you will need to pay the balance of your tax bill by April 30, 2014
